St Bartholomew's Nursery Class

We have been listening to new information and using this to match the magnetic letters to the letters on the boards.

Before the summer holidays we planted vegetable seeds in our garden. They have now grown and we had loads of fun digging for carrots, washing them and chopping them up.

We are counting out the amount of flowers to correspond with the number on the  daises.

We are practising our writing skills outside and inside. We are using the chalk to copy the pre writing shapes and over writing them with the white board markers.

We have been practising our writing skills signing the registers. We have been mark making, following dots, copying and writing the Initial letter of our name.

We have been using the software on the Ipads to trace letters with our fingers.

The children have been enjoying making a start to developing our outdoor area at nursery. We have made a start on our music area and water flow cycle.

We have been counting the pictures on the cards and choosing the number peg which corresponds with the amount of pictures.
