The Buddies!<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s an update!<\/p>\n

Before the holidays, we were looking at data handling and the use of Microsoft Excel! We did a fantastic job of collecting and inputting data using our iPads, and created a variety of different charts such as pie charts, bar charts and column charts!<\/p>\n

LI – to collect data and display it using Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n

We were also working on equations!
\nWe took our learning outside and completed it using chalk!<\/p>\n

LI – to solve problems when an unknown number is a letter or a symbol.<\/p>\n

We were also practicing our spelling words using different resources such as building blocks and jigsaw pieces!<\/p>\n

LI – to use a variety of resources to revise my spelling words.<\/p>\n

We worked hard to create allergy safe energy balls! We imagined that we were explorers, and we thought about what we would need to prepare us, and provide us with energy! We used a nut-free alternative to peanut butter, sunflower seeds, multi seeds, some chocolate chips, oats and a touch of maple syrup!<\/p>\n

Within our topic work, we used a mini beast of our choice to create a poster and then presented it to our fellow classmates! We used outdoor resources to create our mini beast before recording and displaying information on it using our iPads.<\/p>\n
