Today was our last session of Fitter Fruity Fridays. \u00a0Over the past 5 weeks our P3-5 class has worked hard to prepare tasty fruity treats every week. \u00a0They have learned important food handling and preparation skills as well as having the chance to prepare and eat tasty and healthy foods with friends. \u00a0They have encouraged the whole school to be active by creating their own HIIT fitness video with easy and harder version of each exercise.<\/p>\n
