Today we held our planned focus day and combined it with our parent engagement event.<\/p>\n

There was a focus on Scots language in the morning with pupils reading, writing and speaking in Scots. Our parents were welcomed into the classrooms to share a wee bit of this learning.<\/p>\n

Lunchtime was a Scottish menu in the lunch hall which many of our learners enjoyed.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon all of our learners got together in the hall to join in with some Scottish dancing and fun! \u00a0There might even have been a wee traditional Scottish snack and drink as refreshment after all that hard work.<\/p>\n

We hope our parents enjoyed the chance to come and share in learning in our school and we look forward to our next parent event coming up soon.<\/p>\n
