it has five key elements which Balmalloch achieved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership in STEM &#8211; celebrating effective leadership at all levels, including children and young people leading STEM learning.<\/li>\n<li>STEM family and community learning &#8211; recognising commitment to family learning and practice helps build the STEM capital of learners and their families.<\/li>\n<li>Employability and STEM partnership working &#8211; celebrating sustained collaboration between settings and their STEM partner(s) to develop learners\u2019 STEM and employability skills.<\/li>\n<li>STEM curriculum and learner pathways &#8211; recognising the work of settings in developing an inspiring STEM curriculum and associated learner pathways.<\/li>\n<li>Equity and equality in STEM &#8211; celebrating the work settings are undertaking to address the issues of equity and equality in STEM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This achievement was featured on North Lanarkshire Council website &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk\/news\/balmalloch-primary-school-gains-stem-nation-award\">https:\/\/www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk\/news\/balmalloch-primary-school-gains-stem-nation-award<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As a school, we submitted evidence in relation to each area above &#8211;
