Boxercise is a branded, non-contact, safe, effective and fun activity, using straight-forward boxing-based techniques, and is predominantly a partner exercise, using gloves and pads (all supplied). This will be provided by an insured and registered instructor qualified in Boxercise and Kids Boxercise with full PVG Disclosure Scotland accreditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Thursday 25<sup>th<\/sup> January<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dress Down Day.
