Tuesday 16th November:

This week is book week! Today we read the book Arlo The Lion Who Couldn’t Sleep. We then created our own stories, our teacher scribed them for us and we got to act them out. 

We also closed our eyes and listened to the song that Owl sings to Arlo to help him sleep. Afterwards we shared our own dreams we had while we were relaxing. ‘I enjoy exploring events and characters in stories and other texts and I use what I learn to invent my own, sharing these with others in imaginative ways. LIT 0-09b’

Common Words:

We have been revising our common words during consolidation week, we use the iPads to read and record ourselves! 

Counting in 2s:

We can all count in 1s but counting in 2s has been fun! We are gaining confidence counting in 2s and can perform infant of our peers! Find the video that helps us learn in the numeracy tab at the top of the blog!
