Cost of a School Meal<\/strong><\/p>\n

In response to the COVID 19 outbreak we have made changes to our payment methods.\u00a0 This includes taking cash out of the process which will help reduce the spread of the virus. (Localised\u00a0solutions will be in place for anyone who is unable to sign up for online payments.)<\/p>\n

The price of a two course meal is \u00a33.10 and consists of a main course plus soup, sweet treat fruit or yoghurt as indicated on the menu and the option of plain milk or chilled water. With each meal children also have a choice of two seasonal vegetables and\/or salad with their lunch.<\/p>\n

All P1 to P5 pupils are entitled to a free school breakfast up to the value of \u00a31 and lunch up to the value of \u00a33.10.<\/p>\n

Pre -Order Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

The school will take a pre-order for pupils daily.\u00a0 Pupils can select their meal early in the morning and secure their meal of choice, this will then be rung through a till earlier in the day, to deduct the money from the pupils account.\u00a0 \u00a0This will also allow you to see the balance and meal choice.<\/p>\n

Medical and Special Diets<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note, if your child has a food allergy or intolerance then you should speak to the Head Teacher\/Catering Manager who will advise on the\u00a0\"word\u00a0Special Diet Procedure [31kb]<\/a><\/p>\n

Disclaimer – Any grapes served to a child in Primary 1-3 as part of the school meals service will be halved to reduce the risk of choking.\u00a0 Children from P4-7 will receive whole grapes.\u00a0 Some schools may have to reduce or remove the provision of grapes due to time constraints.<\/p>\n
