P1/2 gardening success 🌸🌼🌷🍃
The children had a lovely day on Friday and they worked very hard to make their flower pots look beautiful. The children have really surprised me with how much they have enjoyed this project. They have weeded the boxes, filled the base with rocks to allow drainage, put in compost, placed the flowers to check if they were evenly spread and the colours mixed, then planted and watered them. The boxes look beautiful. They have one job left to do and that is to plant their vegetable seeds which they will do this week. Well done boys and girls I am very proud of you all!
