Christmas Fayre
The Christmas Fayre is less than a month away and the Parent Council are busy planning this event. We are sure it’s going to be another successful night. It would be great if you were all able to support us – here’s how you can:
Wednesday 22nd November 2017
The Parent Council will be in Viewpark Church from 6.30pm till 8.30pm and would be delighted to accept donations of books and bottles.
If you have books you no longer need that are in good condition and appropriate for a school event bring them along. We are having a book stall this year and need lots of books for it.
One of the most popular stalls over the years has been the bottle stall. If each family could donate a bottle of something this would be a great help. Any type of bottle at all will be welcome, water, wine, sauce, shampoo or champagne!
Donating them on this night allows us to make sure we have enough items for each stall. However, if you can’t pop in that night please do hand any donation into the school or give it to a member of the Parent Council.
Raffle Prizes
If you or the company you work for would be able to donate a raffle prize then please get in touch. This year we are hoping to have a separate children and adult raffle so all types of prizes would be very welcome.
Thursday 30th November
If you are able to help out on the night of the fayre please let me know. There are 2 time slots, from 5.45pm till 7pm and from 7pm till 8.15pm.
There is a letter in the children bags today providing information about the fayre and contact details for the Parent Council.
