We aim to ensure that every child receives the right support at the right time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1182\">High-quality learning and teaching is at the heart of our approach, with most needs supported within the classroom. We place a strong emphasis on <strong data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1120\">knowing our children well<\/strong>, enabling us to identify needs early and respond effectively.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1370\">We take a flexible and responsive approach, recognising that children\u2019s needs can change over time.
