On Friday 19th May the nursery children will be taking part in a wheelathon to raise money to purchase the full versions of some of the i-Pad apps. Each child will be attempting to complete 10 laps of the infant playground.<\/p>\n
Before the Event:<\/p>\n
-Inform staff if your child does not have a bike or scooter or will not be able to bring theirs with them to the wheelathon (your child can use a nursery bike)<\/p>\n
-Inform staff if your child does not have a helmet (your child can use a nursery helmet)<\/p>\n
On The Day:<\/p>\n
-Please bring your child’s bike or scooter to nursery (staff will organise parking places)<\/p>\n
-Please bring your child’s helmet, hang it on their peg<\/p>\n
After the Event:<\/p>\n
-Staff will send home certificates advising how many laps your child completed<\/p>\n
-Advise the sponsors that your child has completed the challenge<\/p>\n
-Collect money and return to the nursery staff or school office staff<\/p>\n
-Return sponsor sheet to staff<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
An additional day (Tuesday 23rd May)\u00a0has been organised to allow for children who don’t attend nursery on Friday or for any absences.<\/p>\n
