The Parent Forum is composed of all the parents and carers of children at the school.

As a member of the Parent Forum you can expect to:

  • get information about what your child is learning
  • get information about events and activities at the school
  • get advice/help on how you can support your child’s learning
  • be told about opportunities to be involved in the school
  • have a say in selecting a Parent Council to work on behalf of all parents at the school
  • be invited to identify issues for the Parent Council to work on with the school.

  1. I logged into GLOW today and im a bit overwhelmed with it all. I was of the understanding it was going to be where the teachers were still setting tasks and activities for home but don’t know where to find this info. I see the tab with numeracy etc have we just to go through it ourselves. Just looking for some clarity!

  2. Hi there. Please don’t worry about this. The children have been given their GLOW login details, however they don’t actually need to log in to access the standard activities that will be set each week. These activities can be viewed by simply accessing our school blog (either through a google search or through the link posted on our twitter page), and then selecting the appropriate class from the ‘Home Learning’ drop down menu. Within these activities, the class teacher may occasionally set a task for which the GLOW login is required, so keep it handy, but other than that you most likely won’t really need it. These are worrying times for everyone, so please just do what you can. The main thing is everyone stays safe, healthy and happy at home. Good luck!
