The first two events are a 100m sprint and the egg and spoon race.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">100m Sprint &#8211; Get an adult to help you measure out 100m and mark out the start and end. Use cones, jumpers, bottles or anything you can find to mark this out. Then ask your adult to time you as you run from the start to the end, you can run this a few times to get your best time!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Egg and Spoon Race &#8211;\u00a0 This will be run over the 100m distance again. You will need a spoon and an egg and an adult to help record your score. Run as fast as you can, if you drop your egg pause, put it back on the spoon and continue to run. You can re-run this to get your best score.
