Before Christmas, we were in groups and each group had to plan and create their own Christmas themed pop up books. You all worked really well and the books that you produced were excellent. The infant classes thoroughly enjoyed the books and here are some photos of your day reading to them.
Please post a reply with at least 3 rivers that you can find in the UK.
Today you were all issued with your new reading books. The Blue group is reading and working on “The Eleventh Orphan”, The Red group is reading and working on “Dragonfire” and The Green group is reading and working on “Why the Whales Came”
Reading pages for next week:
Blue: p 1-42 Red: Ch 1-7 Green: p 1-24

and lots more to come.
Here are our winter Haikus. These are 3 line poems that follow a 5-7-5 syllable structure.
Feel free to add feedback about the poems.
