Family Fun Night

Our Family Fun Night will take place on Wednesday 1st June from 6.30pm till 8.30pm at St. Brigid’s Hall. Tickets will be on sale on Monday 16th May, priced £1 per ticket. The lucky squares will also be on sale, priced £1 per square.

Jumpstart Jonny

As a special treat for the children this month we are having Jumpstart Jonny coming in to our nursery on Friday 3rd June AM. All PM children are welcome to come to nursery in the morning with a parent if they would like to attend.

Nursery Sports Day

The Nursery sports day will be held on Wednesday 8th June.
Parents are welcome to come along at 10.30am and 1.30pm, the sports day will take place in the gym hall.
So why not come along and cheer on your child and the other children in the nursery!

Graduation Am

We invite all our pre schoolers to graduate together on Friday 17th June in the morning. Could all pre schoolers please come to nursery at 9am to prepare for the ceremony. The graduation will start at 10am. This will take place in the Activity Hall, tickets will be issued – 3 per child. We would like you to stay afterwards to have tea/coffee and celebration cake with the children. Could all children please wear their nursery polo shirt and shorts please.

Beach Party PM

We would like to invite all the ante pre schoolers to our beach party on Friday 17th June in the afternoon. We are having a party to celebrate their year in nursery. Could all children please wear summer clothes. For example, shorts, tshirt, sun hat, sunglasses, sandals etc.

Nursery Summer Trip

This year our summer trip will be at Wellsfield Farm Park, Denny on the Tuesday 21st June.

• Could everyone please meet at the nursery at 9am sharp, buses are leaving at 9.10am.
• There are various places where you can buy something to eat. However, you may prefer to bring your own packed lunch.
• Children can wear casual clothes, uniform is not necessary. However please wear suitable clothing in case the weather is not kind to us.
• Buses will return to the school at approximately 3pm.

Primary School Induction Days

As we are now into the final term, dates for primary school visits have been issued for the children enrolled to start school in August. These dates are as follows:
Newmains Primary School
2nd June (10.45-11.45am) – Visit to school to meet P1 teacher and see classroom.
16th June (1.15pm-2.15pm) – Teddy bear’s Picnic.
22nd & 23rd June (11.50am) – Visit to school to take part in the lunch time routine.

Morningside Primary School
17th & 18th May – Visit to school to meet P1 teacher and see classroom.
Further information will be issued about dates/times asap.

St Brigid’s Primary School
17th & 24th May – Visit to school to meet P1 teacher and take part in activities.
Parents will be lettered with confirmation of which date/time their child has to attend.
7th June (1.30pm) – Parents information meeting.
