It is important to take a break from screen time, have a rest and get some fresh air.<\/span><span id=\"\ud83d\ude0e\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/MuirStreet\/files\/2020\/04\/IMG_9321.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6685  aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/MuirStreet\/files\/2020\/04\/IMG_9321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"265\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Keep referring to this weeks\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/MuirStreet\/files\/2020\/04\/Week-4-Home-Learning-Grid.pdf\">Home Learning Grid<\/a>\u00a0for your daily activities, I&#8217;d love to see some of the tasks you do!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Literacy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spend 10-15minutes working through the activities on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spellingcity.com\">Spelling City<\/a>. Take care when writing your sentences and spelling paragraph, don&#8217;t forget punctuation! Remember I will be able to see your progress. Aim high\u00a0\ud83c\udf1f<\/li>\n<li>Write a letter to a superhero of your choice asking them for their help with something. In the letter, you <em>must<\/em> use all of your <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/MuirStreet\/files\/2020\/04\/Week-4-Spelling-Words-11.pdf\">spelling words<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to chapters 9-11 of David Walliam&#8217;s book online &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldofdavidwalliams.com\/elevenses\/\">Fing &#8211; Chapters 9-11<\/a>. Write a short summary of the story so far.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Maths<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join our class \ud83c\udfc6Sumdog Challenge\ud83c\udfc6 This week the focus is times tables, there are gold coins up for grabs!<\/li>\n<li>For every day this week, write down the time the sun sets at. What do you notice?
