I can&#8217;t wait to hear all about what you and your families got up to over the holiday and how you have been keeping safe and active at home. I miss seeing your smiley faces each day and hearing your wonderful stories.<\/p>\n<p>I sent everyone an email on GLOW this morning with today&#8217;s challenge of uploading a picture of their smiley face and a note to tell me what you got up to over the Easter Break. Remember you can complete these in any order and you do not need to finish all of them, try to do a few each day to keep your brain healthy and active.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Literacy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log on to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spellingcity.com\">Spelling City<\/a>\u00a0and complete the spelling activities I have assigned to you.<\/li>\n<li>Log in to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.getepic.com\/\">EPIC<\/a>\u00a0books using our class code and read the Water Cycle book you have been assigned. Can you then draw your own Water Cycle diagram and label each step?<\/li>\n<li>For an extra challenge, you could describe each step in your own words.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Maths<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Before the holidays we had been home learning for 2 weeks. Can you work out how long that has been in;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>days<\/li>\n<li>hours<\/li>\n<li>minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Health &amp; Well-being<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is important to make sure we are looking out for ourselves and others during this challenging time as best we can. I hope the last two weeks have been spent making memories with our families and taking care of those close to us.<\/p>\n<p><em>Take some time today to think of 5 things that make you happy, 4 worries that you have, 3 things that make you laugh, 2 things that make you sad and 1 thing that makes you angry. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Discuss these with someone in your house.
