Tuesday 19th May

Good morning everybody,

We hope you are all well and staying safe. Please remember to check your Glow accounts for daily emails from your Teacher and check for posts from your Teacher and assignments to be completed in Microsoft Teams. You can also email your Teacher through Glow or post on Teams with any questions you may have or any learning you may have joined in with.

There is currently a whole school Sumdog Maths Challenge happening this week, why don’t you join in and have some fun! How many questions will you answer correctly?

The weather has been a wee bit rainy the past few days but hopefully the sun will make a reappearance over the next couple of days. Remember to try and get out today for some daily exercise.

Speak to you tomorrow

Good Morning P7! Room 13 and 14

Good Morning everyone,

I hope you have had a lovely weekend. Please see this week’s learning grid below:

p7 home learning plan 18 May

All of the resources you will need are on teams under the ‘class materials’ section! If anyone if having any trouble accessing the tasks or resources, please get in touch and we will be able to help you 🙂

This week’s tasks include more transition activities to help you prepare for High School. We are also continuing with chapter 4 of your new book-‘A Series of Unfortunate Events’. Please also remember to log in to your Study Ladder and Sumdog accounts as challenges have been set for you.

For Art and Design, we have attached an image of a dream catcher you could try to make at home, all you need is a paper plate, some string or wool, and some decorations if you wish. If you do this it would be great to see your creations. There are also some step-by-step Disney character drawings you could try out on teams! 🙂 I have attached the Olaf one below.

Look forward to hearing from you all,

Miss Thomson and Mrs Ruddy

Primary 6

Good Morning Primary 6 😁

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. If you did anything nice send us a picture in Teams. 📷

This week’s grid is filled with fun activities for you to complete. There are extra slides this week with resources for some of your activities. Don’t worry the gird tells you which ones you will need to use. If you have any questions please just send us a message on Teams or email us and we will help you.

We have also sent you a copy of Holes by Louis Sacher if you would like to read it. This is the same author that wrote There is a Boy in the Girls Bathroom, a favourite of both classes. You will find a copy on Teams and in your email this morning. 📖

This Thursday is Outdoor Learning Day! We have planned some activites to help you celebrate it, you can choose to do these any day. Take some pictures and upload them to Teams or a Glow Blog. ⛺️

This weekend we are off school for the May Bank Holiday, so do what you can before Friday. I hope you have lots of fun completeing the tasks. 😎

Take Care, Miss Paterson and Miss Welsh ❤️
