Today at Kilbowie we took a walk in Kilbowie centre and the put our gear on and jumped into the sea with our life jackets on and then we had a shower and got dinner.

Today we climbed up a mountain and went through a small cave. Then we went to the sea and swam in it.

Today I found I’ve got a couple of instructors. Today with my instructor I went to the beach and I pushed someone in the water and everyone had a good laugh. Everyone was soaking wet. It was a good day.
