Butterflies have long tube like mouths, just like a straw (called a proboscis). \u00a0The\u00a0children had great fun pretending to be butterflies collecting nectar from their flower cups using their straws! \ud83e\udd8b\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffb<\/p>\n<p>One of our butterflies even gave us a little demonstration, to which one of our children announced &#8220;The butterfly is using its proboscis&#8221;!
