Today in school Mr. Johnston came into our class  to talk about glow. He has been in to our class a few times and teach us about glow. today he told us how to post voice recordings on to our blog,then he told us how to create a header on apple works and then how to post them on the blog. I enjoyed it alot and i’m sure my class did too.Now that we know how to change the header we can make our blog more cooler! 🙂

Today Mr Johnston came in to help us learn new stuff about Glow. He has taught us how to do voice recording and the blog header.

I had so much fun at summerlee we got to find a brown suitcase in groups in my group was David,Adam,Kelsey ann,Ashleigh,Kimberly C,Alan. We had lots of different things in it. Then we had to talk about them.

I really enjoyed going to Summerlee the staff were exellent with helping us learn more. I liked our group tasks they were rationing,  make do and mend air raid alarms, evacuation and war tools. I really enjoyed learning about what the other groups learned as well,  I also liked the air raid sirens going off at any moment. I will go back.

When we went to summerlee we had to go into four diffrent groups and we were told we were going to be secret agents. After that we went on a secret mission to find a brown suitcase and my group had to find number 4. Once we opened the suitcase there were diffrent things in them and we had to give a talk about them .

On Thursday 10th of February, our class went to Airdrie Library to learn about our town during world war 2.  Allan MacKenzie showed us a power point about Airdrie during WW2. We were split into 7 groups, each group had a year of the war to find out about. Each group had to find out 7 facts and make an educated guess on how many people were killed (55,000,000). I learned a lot about Airdrie during  WWII. 

we went to summerlee for a visit to learn about our topic.It was a very interesting and a fun visit.we learned alot about ww2 and it was fun

On the tenth of February 2011 our class went to Summerlee. we went in and the lady told us that we going to become secret agents , then we had to find a suitcase and then open it and guess what our suitcase was about . Then we gave a talk about it . Then the lady put on the siren and we had to run under a table . Then we got to dress up and play with a real ww2 parachute . We then went back in and had a party . that was our trip to summerlee done i enjoyed it very much
