I am happy to report that full power has been restored to the building and that school will operate as normal today.

At last contact today the school had no power or heating. We are certain that everything possible is being done to restore this but we will update in the morning as soon as we have more information.

North Lanarkshire have closed all schools today there is more information on the North Lanarkshire Web site and the radio are making announcements. Pupils should stay at home today. If you see this message please pass it on to others. We will keep in touch.

It should be noted that at present the schools will be open in the morning. Please keep your mobile phones on as we will keep you up to date by text. Schools will only close if the Red Alert stays in place. Please check the North Lanarkshire web site for more in depth information.

Parents should be aware that North Lanarkshire have an announcement on their web site that schools may close at lunchtime tomorrow as a result of a high winds forecast. Today our teacher told us what our new topic was going to be. Our new topic is going to be on drugs and drugs awareness. I think it sounds really exciting.

Today we learned about unusual weddings e.g. movie theme,supermarket weddings and highflying weddings

Hi i am one of the new p7s and i have just done a personal project on The Caribbean and it was great.

This afternoon we started learning how to create personal blogs for our Personal Learning Plans. It was very exciting.
