The two training days have increased my knowledge of GLOW and made me more comfortable using many of the features. In the first instance, I would like to be able to upload video and allow pupils access to view model performances. In the longer term, I would like all pupils to be able to access GLOW as a resource to enhance learning and teaching. I would also be interested in the best ways to issue and collect homework from pupils. The possibilities are endless!

I am looking for support in setting up homework tasks in GLOW LEARN and using discussion board as a question and answer session. I would like some ideas as to how blogs could benefit myself and pupils.

Throughout Tier 2 training, it has provided me with a huge range of ideas of the uses of GLOW. I hope to use GLOW in the coming year for transition projects with Primary 7 & S1 pupils and also to setup a resource site for Geography classes.

I would like to develop use of Glow for:
- primary / secondary transition
- wider use within St Margaret’s High
- pupils to record achievents and showcase their work
Alison Davidson – St Margaret’s
In St. Margaret’s we are hoping to work on our transition arrangements by developing a glow group for our associate primaries.
With subjects in mind this would allow some information to be shared with the possibility of some glow meets taking place with all primaries invited to take part.
Helen Grant – St Margaret’s
We hope to use Glow for primary transition. This would, hopefully, improve the transion process for Primary 7 – S1 pupils.
