Welcome to Chapelhall Primary School.<\/p>\n

It is a privilege to be the Headteacher of our school and to work alongside our children, families and staff to make Chapelhall a place where every child feels that they belong, is supported to flourish and is proud of who they are.<\/p>\n

At Chapelhall, we want our children to\u00a0be kind, be respectful, be healthy and be achieving<\/b>.<\/p>\n

These four values sit at the heart of our school community. We want our children to be kind to themselves and others, to respect people and the world around them, to understand how to look after their wellbeing, and to have the confidence, skills and ambition to achieve their very best.<\/p>\n

We know that children thrive when they feel safe, valued and listened to. We also know that high expectations and high-quality learning matter. Our aim is to create a school where children are encouraged to be curious, take risks in their learning, celebrate their successes and learn from their mistakes.<\/p>\n

We are a community, and our partnership with parents and carers is incredibly important. The best outcomes for children happen when school and home work together, communicate openly and share high aspirations for every child.<\/p>\n

I hope you will feel very much part of Chapelhall Primary School. We want our school to be a place where children can\u00a0discover, learn and grow together<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 and where there is plenty of kindness, achievement and fun along the way.<\/p>\n

I am delighted to be the Headteacher of Chapelhall Primary School.<\/p>\n

For me, being a Headteacher is about much more than leading a school. It is about creating the conditions in which children and adults can do their very best, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed and building a community where people feel valued and respected.<\/p>\n

I am passionate about\u00a0excellence, equity, kindness and fun<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Excellence<\/b>\u00a0means having high expectations for every child and continually striving to improve the quality of learning and teaching.<\/p>\n

Equity<\/b>\u00a0means recognising that children are individuals, with different strengths, experiences and needs, and making sure that everyone gets the support and opportunities they need to thrive.<\/p>\n

Kindness<\/b>\u00a0is fundamental to the school I want Chapelhall to be. How we speak to one another, how we treat one another and how we respond when things are difficult matters enormously.<\/p>\n

And\u00a0fun<\/b>\u00a0matters too. Childhood is precious. School should be a place where children are excited to come each day, where they can laugh, explore, be creative, develop friendships and make wonderful memories.<\/p>\n

I am committed to working with our staff, children and families to make Chapelhall a school where\u00a0every child is known, valued and supported to achieve their potential<\/b>.<\/p>\n

I look forward to getting to know our families and to sharing in all the successes, challenges, discoveries and adventures that lie ahead.<\/p>\n
