The spring hardship payment is a Scottish Government grant of £100 made to all children who receive free meals in a school or early learning and childcare setting due to household low income or qualifying benefits.
If you have a child who attends nursery and you think they may be eligible for Free School Meals based on low income, it’s essential that you apply for it by the end of March.
This will mean that your child could qualify for the payment.
