Next instalment is \u00a3120 to Mrs Smith by the 21st November.<\/p>\n<h3>PUPIL OF THE MONTH<\/h3>\n<p>Modern Languages are celebrating all young linguists from S1-S3. Every month each teacher will select one pupil from their S1-S3 classes to be their \u2018Pupil of the Month\u2019. Each month will focus on a different aspect of being a successful linguist\/language learner. The \u2018Pupil of the Month\u2019 for September was won by \u2013 Aimee Kemp 1S2, Jamie Fuller 3A1, Anna Carty 1S1, Jack Allan 3L1. The focus for October will be Homework \u2013 making a good effort to complete all homework, doing homework \u2013 handing it in on time,<br \/>\nasking teacher for help before the due date, presentation, getting it signed from someone at home.<\/p>\n<h3>SUPPORTED STUDY<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Spanish Nat 5 &amp; Higher every Thursday 3.45pm \u2013 6.00pm in ML3<\/li>\n<li>French Nat 5 &amp; Higher every Wednesday 2.55pm \u2013 3.45pm in ML3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PINK THURSDAY!<\/h3>\n<p>On Thursday 13th October, there will be a Pink Thursday, where pink lemonade and cakes will be sold at the morning interval and all proceeds will go towards Breast Cancer Care Scotland. Remember to bring money for that. Pupils will \u00a0also be selling Pink Ribbon badges from Monday 10th October, priced at \u00a31.<\/p>\n<h3>DRESS DOWN DAY<\/h3>\n<p>On Friday 14th October, there is a Dress Down Day where you will be given the opportunity to pay \u00a31 to dress in casual clothing \u2013 but NOT football colours.
