She completed her PGDE at Strathclyde University. Mrs Connell started her career in Glasgow before returning to North Lanarkshire as Principal Teacher of Pupil Support in Taylor High School. She joined us in January 2023<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deputising for the Head Teacher<\/li>\n<li>Pastoral<\/li>\n<li>P7 Transition &amp; School Cluster Lead<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Equity Agenda<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Nurture<\/li>\n<li>S1<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">CPD including In-service Arrangements<\/span><\/li>\n<li>ELT<\/li>\n<li>The Promise<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Policy Development includes: <\/span>Review of the Positive Behaviour strategy and Nurturing School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Links \u2013 (includes management of non-teaching staff)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support for Learning<\/li>\n<li>CIIL, Teen Talk, etc<\/li>\n<li>Science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*these areas are the \u201cresponsibility of all\u201d teachers within the school and have\u00a0 leads at Principal Teacher level.
