We started with a discussion and came up with a few current and future trends<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3D<\/li>\n<li>Touch Screen<\/li>\n<li>HD Graphics<\/li>\n<li>Network Multiplayer<\/li>\n<li>Ad Hoc Networks<\/li>\n<li>WiFi<\/li>\n<li>Interactive (motion) gameplay<\/li>\n<li>Downloads<\/li>\n<li>Blu Ray<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The class went off to research these. At the same time the whole class were sent an invite to the new <a href=\"http:\/\/f1k410.wikispaces.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">wiki <\/a>through <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.glowscotland.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\">Glow mail<\/a>. After some small\u00a0teething\u00a0problems we all managed to get logged in and created some new pages.<\/p>\n<p>Wikispaces is a new direction for us in the class, over the next few weeks we will set out our pages and upload the materials we have already created.<\/p>\n<p>Just a reminder there will be a NAB on LO1\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/f1k410.wikispaces.com\/1+Identify+gaming+platforms+and+related+technologies.\">Identify gaming platforms and related technologies<\/a> at the end of the month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a busy class today.
