{"id":6663,"date":"2019-02-13T11:07:33","date_gmt":"2019-02-13T11:07:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/CAcad\/?page_id=6663"},"modified":"2022-09-15T10:21:08","modified_gmt":"2022-09-15T09:21:08","slug":"mental-health-ambassadors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/CAcad\/pupils\/health-and-well-being\/mental-health-ambassadors\/","title":{"rendered":"Mental Health Ambassadors"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>What is our role?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">We want to raise awareness of Mental Health, reduce the stigma around it and spread the message that at Cumbernauld Academy;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00a0<b>it\u2019s <\/b><b>OK not to be OK<\/b><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Where will we be and when?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><b>We run a drop in center\u00a0at the \u2018The Hub.\u2019 which is in the\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Art Department, room next to Mrs Donald.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>We are open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Just come and talk, play a game or have a cup of tea!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Please remember \u2013 you are not alone!
