EVENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Braidhurst High school staff and pupils enjoyed a fun packed afternoon entitled \u2018Braidhurst\u2019s got Talent\u2019.\u00a0\u00a0 Pupils from all year groups competed against each other; with Morven pupils winning best house act and S6 pupil Hannah Allan winning best solo performance for her version of \u201cwhen I was your man\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0 The event raised \u00a3500 from ticket sales for Children in Need.\u00a0\u00a0 In addition to this, pupils donated over 700 tins and packets for the school\u2019s annual Christmas charity parcels.\u00a0\u00a0 School staff have been overwhelmed by pupil generosity and their desire to help the needy in our community.\u00a0\u00a0 Any food items not used for the Christmas parcels will be donated to the local food bank.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/public\/Braidhurst\/uploads\/sites\/12229\/2014\/11\/Children-Charity-Nov-14e.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
