Braidhurst High School\u2019s S3 netball team have had another successful year and have been crowned winners of their league section. <\/span>The girls have a tremendous track record and remain undefeated in the league this year. <\/span>The girls\u2019 hard work over the past three years has paid off with them gaining success in both local and national competitions. <\/span>However the girls still have one important game to play before the end of the season and that is the staff \u2013v- pupil network match.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Rebecca Murray has successfully completed her first year in the netball south regions pathways squad. <\/span>The purpose of the pathways squad is to develop young players who have been identified as particularly talented so that they can then progress and feed into the national U17 squad. <\/span>The squad train every two weeks in East Kilbride. <\/span>Initial selection does not guarantee your place for the year and Rebecca has proved that she has what it takes allowing her to maintain her position in the squad. <\/span>Rebecca said \u201cThe training is very hard, but is worth it as I have improved all areas of my game\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Braidhurst High School\u2019s S3 netball team have had another successful year and have been crowned winners of their league section.
