If your child is in Primary 1 &#8211; Primary 5, you will automatically receive free school meals. Parents of children entering Primary 6 and up must apply.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sc-fUnMCh hOCQTf\">\n<h2 class=\"sc-feUZmu MTyiN heading-2 \">Help with costs<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>We may be able to help you with these school costs if your child attends primary or secondary school and you receive one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li class=\"list-item\">Income Support<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">income-based Jobseeker&#8217;s Allowance<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">any income related element of Employment and Support Allowance<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">Child Tax Credit only (with income under \u00a319,995)<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">both Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit (with an income up to \u00a39,552)<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">Universal Credit where the monthly earned income does not exceed \u00a3796<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">Scottish Child Payment (primary 6 and 7 only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Families will be eligible for a\u00a0<strong>Clothing Grant only<\/strong>\u00a0if in receipt of one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li class=\"list-item\">Working Tax Credit and\/or Child Tax Credit with an annual income of \u00a319,995 or less<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">Universal Credit with monthly earned income of not more than \u00a31,670<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\">Council Tax Reduction\/Housing Benefit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to apply<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"apply online for School Clothing Grant\" href=\"http:\/\/www.online.north-ayrshire.gov.uk\/ClothingGrantsNew\">Online\u00a0at The Hub<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Telephone: 01294 310000<\/li>\n<li>In person at one of the following Customer Service Centres.
