The National Parent Forum of Scotland has updated their ‘In a Nutshell’ series which is specifically designed to help parents, carers and young people. The NPFS represents Parent Councils and  works in partnership with national and local government and other organisations involved in education and child wellbeing issues to ensure that parents play a full and equal role in education. The overall aim is to help every child to maximise their potential through their school life.

The NSPCC website is also a really helpful tool to guide you through what apps and social media sites your children are using. It will also allow to keep up to date with the latest news such as TikTok disabling the direct messaging message for all under 16s. You can sign up to get all the news direct to your email.
