Our Area Inclusion Worker is Colin McDermott who is based within the St Matthews Academy Cluster. His role is to support children, parents and carer’s within the Ayrshire community. He does this by being involved with children and families in their communities, schools and home. Colin can assist with guidance on local services, attend home visits and offer appropriate advice.
Colin also provides health and wellbeing sessions which help children build self esteem and resilience, while giving them opportunity to maintain positive peer relationships. These sessions will be offered as small groups or 1-1.
