Article 28<\/strong> of the UNCRC<\/strong> states that children and young people have the right to an education<\/strong> no matter who they are, regardless of disability, gender or race, if they are in detention or if they are a refugee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 29<\/strong> of the UNCRC<\/strong> states that education should help a child or young person’s mind, body and talents<\/strong> to be the best that they can be. It should build their respect for others and the world that they live in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 31<\/strong> of the UNCRC<\/strong> states that children and young people\u00a0 have the right to play<\/strong> and have the right to have fun in ways of their choosing whether it is playing, drawing or something else that they <\/span>have an interest in. They also have the right to rest.<\/span><\/p>\n
