We want to give all the members of our community the opportunity and encouragement to achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>The state-of-the-art teaching facilities in St Matthew\u2019s Academy include interactive whiteboard technology and pupil computers in every teaching area.\u00a0 Well-equipped staff bases are located within main teaching areas and there are tutorial rooms on each floor for individual and small group use.\u00a0 The school is also provided with extensive sports facilities (including a full-size synthetic pitch, an athletics track and a fitness suite), a 500-seat theatre\/auditorium and a central social area for pupils.<\/p>\n<p>The roll of St Matthew\u2019s Academy is drawn in the main from the ten cluster denominational primary schools located throughout North Ayrshire: St John Ogilvie\u2019s and St Mark\u2019s in Irvine; St Winning\u2019s and <strong>St Luke\u2019s in Kilwinning<\/strong>; St John\u2019s in Stevenston;\u00a0St Anthony\u2019s in Saltcoats; St Peter\u2019s in Ardrossan; St Mary\u2019s in Largs; St Bridget\u2019s in Kilbirnie; and St Palladius\u2019 in Dalry.
