then you should see I have sent you an email to access the Teams Chat.

Hello Kenna,
If you log into glow and go to your emails, you should have an email asking you to join teams.
You can also download Teams onto your phone.
Go to your play store and search ‘Microsoft Teams’ then you enter your email (the @glow email address) then you should be in.
If you are still stuck try emailing me direct and we can try and work it out together 🙂
