Active Spelling
Each week I will post our sound of the week followed by some words containing that sound. Can you use the active spelling tab in literacy to practice these words in different ways?
Can you now write a couple of sentences for these words or can you write a super sentence with more than one of the words in it?
Can you up level your sentences using VCOP?

BugClub
I have updated all of your reading books. Can you read any book of your choice and explain to someone what the book is about by using your summarising skills? Who is in the book? What happens at the start/middle/end? Does anything about the characters change throughout the story? How is everyone feeling? Why did they do what they did?
Sumdog
I have reset everyone’s scores so that we can all let Mr Hughes know where we are with our number and beyond number work. Please follow the instructions below so that Sumdog can ask you questions that are tricky but not too hard in the future.
Your task this week for Sumdog is to complete the diagnostic tool questions
Start by logging into Sumdog and clicking the task button.
Then click the maths diagnostic button that should appear.
Click Start and you will be asked to answer different types of maths questions. Do your best and don’t worry if you have to skip any of the questions.
