As part of our Scottish Fortnight we made traditional Scottish shortbread.

The children had their knowledge put to the test with weighing and measuring ingredients to make the shortbread.

The children had a great time making the shortbread and enjoyed it even more eating it! We also tried the traditional dish haggis! Let’s just say it wasn’t to everyones taste. We had cheese and oatcakes and it was a great success! 🙂
