(It has an effect size of 0.75) Decades of educational research supports the idea that by teaching <i>less<\/i> and providing <i>more<\/i> feedback, we can produce greater learning. Less &#8220;teaching,&#8221; more feedback equals better results. Feedback can improve a pupil&#8217;s confidence, self-awareness and enthusiasm for learning. <b>The goal of feedback is to provide pupils with insight that helps them to improve their <\/b><b>performance (Dylan Wiliam) <\/b>Feedback lets pupils know how they are doing while there is still time to adjust and perfect their efforts.
