Writing

We know that learners draw on experiences from reading when shaping their own writing.  When exploring a variety of texts across genres, they gain understanding of the different language features and structures used and can implement this into their own writing.

In order for learners to create a piece of writing they must explore  a ‘model text’ in detail.

For more information on our model for  writing check the twilight page for the ‘Approaches to Writing’ twilight.
