In order to meet the needs of all pupils individual and community strategies, such as Restorative Approaches, are used by all staff to promote positive behaviour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Classroom Incentives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each class teacher should use their own group, team or individual points system to reward children in their class. Each week a \u2018star\u2019 will be identified from each class and they will receive a certificate \u2013 this can be for any form of achievement. All children will receive at least one star certificate in a session.<\/p>\n<p>Each class should have a \u2018Class Charter\u2019 drawn up in collaboration with their teacher. This should be displayed prominently in the classroom and regularly amended and referred to.
