It helps children to understand their anxiety in terms of how it affects our thoughts, body and actions. LIAM teaches children ways to cope with their anxiety using \u2018anxiety tools\u2019. LIAM involves meeting with a LIAM worker on a one-to-one basis for around 8 sessions to complete LIAM workbooks.
