Your GP will be able listen carefully and provide advice and refer on to specialist services if required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your School<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Letting the school know will mean staff are able to put a plan in place for support. This could include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellbeing check-ins with a member of staff<\/li>\n<li>Time out card to allow a break from class if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Adaptations to the timetable which take into account energy levels<\/li>\n<li>Referral to the school nurse or counsellor<\/li>\n<li>Reduced homework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beat Eating Disorders<\/strong> have a range of support services available for children, young people and adults.
