Holiday Meals Information Summer 2018<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dear Parent \/Carer<\/p>\n

Holiday Meals service at Mayfield Primary School (11.30am \u2013 1.00pm)<\/p>\n

\n

We are providing holiday meals for the children of Mayfield Primary School in Mayfield Primary School and Dykesmains Primary.<\/p>\n

The Holiday Meals Programme is only available to primary school aged children (P1-P7).<\/p>\n

Supervision will be provided at all times. It is the parents\u2019 responsibility to ensure staff are made aware of any medical concerns or additional support needs, if medication is required it is the parent\u2019s responsibility to administer. The school will provide the Responsible Officer with access to relevant data if required; this data will be stored securely at all times and only used if emergency contact is required.<\/p>\n

Lunch will be served daily from 12.30pm until 1pm.<\/p>\n

In addition to this we will be providing free activities from 11.30am until 12.30pm on all dates as shown below.<\/p>\n

Whilst this service is free to all primary school children entitled to free school meals anyone else attending are required to pay \u00a32.00 per day per person.<\/p>\n

We hope your child\/children will be able to attend and enjoy the programme.<\/p>\n

P7 Leavers Disco<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Parent Council are organising the p7 leavers disco. This will take place on Monday 18th June at the school -6.30-8.00pm. It would be great to see all primary 7 pupils at this. Details will be issued on Monday.<\/p>\n
