We understand that learner participation is integral to school life and we strive to involve all children in decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our commitment to learner participation, our staff support the running of a wide range of leadership groups, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lawthorn Ambassadors<\/li>\n<li>House Captains and Vice Captains<\/li>\n<li>Pupil Council<\/li>\n<li>Eco Council<\/li>\n<li>Sports Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Digital Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Rights Respecting Schools Committee<\/li>\n<li>Playmakers<\/li>\n<li>Community Champions<\/li>\n<li>Nurture Champions<\/li>\n<li>Dyslexia Friendly Group<\/li>\n<li>Junior Road Safety Officers<\/li>\n<li>Junior Librarians<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each group is comprised of pupils who have expressed an interest in working together to improve experiences for everyone in our school community. We ensure that children&#8217;s rights and pupil voice are at the heart of these leadership groups.
