STILL TIME TO ENTER – DEADLINE 11 MARCH<\/strong><\/p>\n

World Book Day<\/strong> on Thurs 4 March is a celebration of books and reading, through providing the opportunity for every child to have a\"\" book of their own. Vouchers for this at school reception or use the electronic voucher<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To celebrate this important day, there are 3 Library competitions <\/strong>you can enter:<\/p>\n

Competition 1<\/strong> – decorate a boiled egg as a book character<\/strong> (it is nearly Easter after all!) – send a photo of your creation to Mrs Vaughan\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Competition 2<\/strong> – have a go at the foreign book cover quiz<\/strong><\/a> – guess the book title in English from the foreign covers. Bonus points if you know which language each cover is in!<\/p>\n

Competition 3<\/strong> – take a photo of yourself reading to your pet<\/strong>! Even if the “pet” is a wee brother or sister or cousin! Send photos to Mrs Vaughan<\/a><\/p>\n
