Good morning Jura Class! As we are all having a pyjama day I thought it would be a nice idea for you all to build a den. Good morning everyone,
You may have seen or heard in social media that some schools are planning a ‘uniform day’ on Friday. As this would be confusing to our children and young people, one of our mum’s has come up with an alternative idea which is one of Haysholm’s favourites! We all love a pyjama day and have had such good fun in school before carrying out activities in our PJs. Therefore on Friday 15th May, our teachers blogs will focus on activities linked to a PJ whole community event.
Remember it’s up to you whether you choose to take part or not. All our teachers will be working from home in their PJ’s, myself included : )) so if you can … share photos via Facebook, Twitter or to the number you have and we can have a giggle #fun and #wellbeing.
50 Things – Making a bug home
Good Morning Jura Class :),
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
Before school stopped we were working on our bug home for 50 Things and I thought it would be fun to continue this at home.
At school we used half a plastic bottle to fill for our bug home but you can use whatever items you have at home. There’s a lot of items that can be found in the garden that the bugs would love for their home.
This is a worksheet you could use or you could use a piece of paper or pictures to record what bugs you have found in your bug home. I cant wait to hear what bugs you have found.

Science – slime
Hello Jura Class, hope you are all well.
I know how much you all enjoy our weekly science slot so I have a nice activity that I know you all love to do at school and I am sure you will enjoy doing it at home. You can add some glitter, sequins or beads (anything you can find in the house) to make your slime even more exciting. Enjoy and remember to post your photos.

I hope you are all well and enjoyed your Easter holidays.
Unfortunately we still cannot go to school however we will have fun doing activities at home with your family.

Morning Jura class. Tuesday is our day for trampoline and art. If you have a trampoline at home could you practice your bouncing? For art could you make a picture using something you’ve got in the house like pencils ,paint, pasta or glitter? Whatever you do today have a great day.
Jura class challenge
