Dear Parent\/Carer<\/p>\n

Welcome to Term 3 of Session 2025-2026.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Term 3 has been a busy and exciting term.\u00a0 The choir had a number of performances and qualified for the Scottish Glee Schools Competition in May and will perform on the stage at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.<\/p>\n

We had a productive British Science Week as well as an exciting writing week.\u00a0 Simon Lamb was so inspiring that we all became poets!<\/p>\n

Our Learning Conversations in March were well attended and we hope\u00a0 you had the opportunity to see the progress your child has made this session.<\/p>\n

Our next Parent Council meeting will be advertised on Seesaw and will take place in Term 4.\u00a0 The Term 3 meeting was very productive and we are looking forward to another Colour Run during health week in May.<\/p>\n

Please continue to park safely at pick up and drop off times. \u00a0Remember that it is against the law to park on solid white lines and\u00a0against the law to leave your car running whilst stationary.\u00a0 Residents have raised this issue with the\u00a0school\u00a0on a number of occasions now so please be respectful to our environment and school community.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Our road safety committee will be assisting in the mornings and on occasional afternoons with the help of Mrs Cairns. This, in the past, had had a positive impact and most cars visibly slowed down as they passed the school. \u00a0Please inform grandparents\/child minders\/relatives who are picking up your children to park sensibly. \u00a0Parking on the pavements increase the risk of our children being hurt crossing the road as their sight lines are considerably reduced. We would also like to discourage drivers from turning in Reek Street. Thank you for helping us keep our children safe! (Article 36)<\/span><\/h3>\n
